A Tour of the Ashtown Demense Arboretum will take place from the Phoenix Park Visitor Centre on Sunday 10th March 2024 at 2.00pm.
National Tree Week, organised by the Tree Council of Ireland is Ireland`s largest annual celebration of Trees. This year`s theme “Planting Trees for a Greener future” highlights the unique role trees play in helping to address climate change.
The tour will feature some of the specimen trees from around the world and examine how trees play a vital role in our health, in biodiversity and Climate change.
